Delete your eGuru account

You can request deletion of your eGuru account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This applies to accounts created in the eGuru Android app or at eguru.app.

Delete from the app (recommended)

Open the eGuru app, go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

Or request deletion by email

Send an email to riseacademy777@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address registered on your account. Include your registered phone number so we can verify it is you.

What gets deleted

Your account (name, email, phone number, PIN)
Your enrollments, lesson progress, quiz attempts and assignment submissions, including uploaded files

What may be retained

Certificates already issued may be kept in anonymized form so that their verification links remain valid
Administrative payment records, where retention is required for accounting or legal reasons
Security logs, for a short limited period

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once processed, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
